$90
60 minute bodywork session
60 minute sessions are great for wellness and preventative maintenance, and restorative bodywork for a couple areas of focus. You can request to spend the full time on areas of concern, or full body massage with time for focus on 1-2 areas.
$160
120 minute bodywork session
2 hour massage (yes it’s a thing!) is great for people who have experience receiving regular bodywork (it may be too long for people new to receiving massage) and want time to work through any/all areas of concern. Often, clients request half time for clinical focus and half for relaxation/restoration.
$120
90 minute bodywork session
90 minute sessions are ideal for restorative bodywork for multiple areas of concern (esp. involving chronic pain, injury recovery, postural imbalances), and/or combining focused clinical bodywork with full body wellness massage.
$130
90 minute Neuromuscular cupping session
Neuromuscular cupping therapy combines neuromuscular massage therapy (NMT) with cupping and incorporates active and passive movements. This style is great for alleviating fascial restrictions, chronic pain, and improving injury recovery. Learn more about cupping here.
Sessions are always customized based on personal preference and goals, and typically include multiple styles of massage and bodywork (most often deep tissue, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, and active or passive movement) or a singular style such as Craniosacral Therapy or Structural Integration if requested.
New clients, please be sure to visit the modalities and FAQs pages for more information and what to expect
If you haven’t had clinical or functional massage in the past, sessions might look different than you’ve experienced. I like to know as much as possible about your health history and concerns to establish what your goals are and determine the most effective treatment for you. Some styles involve active participation (movement & feedback), so based on your preferences, we can decide how much active involvement to include or to leave it out entirely. My goal is to support you to the best of my ability in meeting your needs and expectations, and achieving ideal outcomes.
